• We are honest, ethical, trustworthy and transparent. In the Police we went through enhanced vetting processes. A basic DBS check is just that - it is basic, but a basic DBS is also the only check available to individuals applying for one themselves.

• We hold your information in line with GDPR. The last thing you need to worry about is giving us your keys, or key safe code, or having personal details in someone's house and it not being secure.

• We are first aid trained

• We have extensive knowledge of dog laws. PLEASE do not under-estimate how easily you/a dog walker can find themselves as part of an investigation if your dog is deemed out of control.

• We will only let the dog off lead under very strict conditions:

• 1) We have your permission

• 2) We are in a location that we have risk assessed and there are no unknown quantities likely to approach

• 3) We have formed a relationship with your dog and feel they are responsive to us

• 4) We have built up to testing their recall - we do that with our long lines

• IF YOU DO NOT WISH YOUR DOG TO GO OFF LEAD, WE WILL NEVER LET THEM OFF THAT IS A PROMISE.

• We only take on services by mutual agreement, following a meet and greet as we always ensure that we can promise to meet the needs of you, your pet and your lifestyle. We would rather turn a dog away, than offer half a service.
